Do you offer in-person sessions?
All sessions are held via Zoom or over the phone. You call the play and I will follow with what you are most comfortable with. When bringing in additional team members, Zoom calls will be most effective.
How do I know which container is right for me?
Are you looking to solely diagnose the problem, or create a prescription of how to fix it? The Business Audit will expose all opportunities in your business and diagnose the areas that need attention. Through 1on1 coaching, we will partner together to create actionable plans laced with accountability to truly do less better.
What is your coaching cancellation policy?
30 Day notice is required. I am more likely to cancel with you because you have gotten crystal clear on what you want and why you want it. You will have created a sustainable, simple and executable plan and no longer require my services and I will send you on your marry way.
What are you unable to offer support with?
I am not a tax specialist, attorney, doctor, licensed therapist (even though I will challenge your mindset and programming), chef, chauffeur, parenting coach or business expert. I coach to the things I have either completely nailed or completely screwed up and the tools to support living your best life; whatever that means to you.
Do you work with teams/companies?
1,000,000%. It takes a village. I am, in fancy business terms, a unicorn. It is my burden to bear and I coach both the production and operations departments of the business and have a speciality in making them communicate seemlesly with one another.
